What's going on in Japan? (No.6)

The Tokyo metropolitan government plans to export its waterworks technology and fee-collection system as early as in fiscal 2013 to tap into the exploding global demand for water, officials said. Profits from the sales of the technology and payment-collection system could be refunded to Tokyo residents in the form of lower water fees, officials said.
